This User Agreement governs your access to and use of the wjvo platform, including all gaming services, payment transactions, bonuses, and support interactions available to players in the Philippines. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager on wjvo.

Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, abuse, or multi-accounting will be voided and the account suspended.

wjvo may suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or where the account holder is determined to be ineligible. Funds in a suspended account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the circumstances of the suspension.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes arising from the use of wjvo shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. PAGCOR's regulatory authority over wjvo's operations is acknowledged and accepted by all players upon registration.

By registering an account on wjvo, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. Your continued use of the wjvo Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and wjvo. By clicking "Register" or "I Agree" during the account creation process, you are providing your express, informed consent to this Agreement under Philippine law.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on wjvo, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
wjvo strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Valid Philippine government-issued identification — such as a PhilSys National ID, SSS card, GSIS card, driver's license, passport, or PRC license — is required to complete the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
To create a wjvo account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid mobile number, and a functional email address. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify wjvo promptly of any changes.
wjvo is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of:
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on wjvo. If duplicate accounts are detected, wjvo reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts, void any associated bonus funds, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Intentional creation of duplicate accounts constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wjvo login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
All transactions and gaming activity conducted using your account credentials will be attributed to your account, regardless of whether you authorized a specific activity, unless you notify wjvo immediately of unauthorized access. wjvo employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, brute-force login protection, and session timeout controls.

wjvo will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you receive a message asking for your password claiming to be from wjvo, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
wjvo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wjvo does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment on behalf of another person.
The minimum deposit amount across all accepted payment methods is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account verification status. wjvo reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion and will notify affected players accordingly.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method and account used for deposit, subject to the same-source requirement to prevent money laundering. GCash withdrawals are targeted for completion within 1–2 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking business day.
All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. wjvo reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large-value transactions, or where unusual account activity has been flagged.
Withdrawals are only permitted where:
wjvo does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may impose their own service charges. wjvo is not responsible for third-party payment provider fees.
wjvo's 1–2 hour GCash withdrawal target applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including Philippine public holidays. If your withdrawal exceeds this window, please contact the support team via live chat for immediate escalation.
wjvo offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and loyalty promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified before any resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering on certain game categories — including live dealer games and sports betting — may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Refer to each promotion's specific terms for eligible games and contribution rates.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not been subject to the requisite wagering within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or extended.
wjvo employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk hedging strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinated group wagering to exploit promotions. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Funds voided, any associated winnings forfeited, and the account suspended or permanently closed.
wjvo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification or withdrawal will be subject to the terms in force at the time of their claim.
All games available on wjvo — including JILI slots, live dealer casino games, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or game provider's documentation. All slot, RNG table game, and fishing game outcomes on wjvo are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software, which has been independently tested and certified to produce statistically random and unpredictable outcomes. wjvo does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, wjvo's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round is final. wjvo is not liable for losses suffered as a result of network disconnection, hardware failure, or circumstances beyond wjvo's reasonable control. Where a technical error results in an erroneous display of winnings, wjvo reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the player's Real Money Balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wjvo Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

wjvo processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an account on wjvo, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the wjvo Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
wjvo collects personal data for the following purposes: account registration and maintenance; KYC and anti-money laundering compliance; payment processing; customer support; responsible gaming monitoring; and marketing communications (subject to your consent preferences). wjvo does not sell personal data to third parties and applies appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect all player data.
wjvo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the wjvo Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change. Pending withdrawals of verified Real Money Balances will be processed in accordance with the Terms in force at the time of the withdrawal request.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both wjvo and the player submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact the wjvo support team to seek informal resolution of any complaint. wjvo commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a reasoned response within seven (7) business days. Players who remain dissatisfied following wjvo's internal complaints process may refer their complaint to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism.
